Welcome to Odyssey Travel. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you in planning your travel experience. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By requesting a quote, making a reservation, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Odyssey Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor and agent for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, travel insurance companies, and other travel suppliers. We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, financial condition, scheduling changes, or failure to provide services.
All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until a reservation is confirmed and any required deposit has been received.
Quoted prices are based on information provided by travel suppliers and may be affected by changes in airfare, fuel surcharges, taxes, government fees, currency exchange rates, or supplier pricing.
A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Deposit requirements vary by supplier.
Final payment deadlines are established by the travel supplier. Failure to make payment by the required due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of deposits or other payments.
Payments made to Odyssey Travel authorize us to process those funds with the applicable travel supplier.
Cancellation policies vary by supplier.
Any cancellation penalties, supplier fees, airline restrictions, or non-refundable deposits are determined solely by the travel supplier.
Refunds, when permitted, are subject to the supplier's policies and processing times.
Agency service fees, planning fees, consultation fees, and ticketing fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Odyssey Travel strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment against unexpected events, including trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, delays, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Your decision to decline travel insurance is made at your own risk.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, vaccination records, REAL ID documentation (when applicable), and any other required travel documents.
Many countries require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond the date of return.
Odyssey Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from insufficient documentation.
Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, testing, and entry requirements imposed by destinations, airlines, cruise lines, or government authorities.
Requirements may change without notice.

Seat assignments are never guaranteed unless confirmed directly by the airline.
Odyssey Travel is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, overbooking, or operational decisions.

Such changes are outside the control of Odyssey Travel.
